Season Campground Street Maps

Congratulations to Woodford Folk Festival [WFF] on a great Festival in 2006 – 2007!!

I trust that the following suggestion might be seen as constructively useful.

I appreciate that there might be alternative better means of delivering the same or a better outcome, and defer to the relevant WFF workforce committee’s talents in advising on achieving the best outcome.

Laminated copies of the WFF Season Campground Street Maps were provided and attached to the exterior of all season campground amenities buildings to enable campers to orient themselves on the site and to locate fellow campers campsites.

I appreciate and support the good intentions in providing this information.

Unfortunately those maps were removed apparently by ‘early-bird’ campers for their personal use to the detriment of those campers who arrived subsequently.

Can WFF provide an alternative distribution medium for this information to the benefit of all??? 

WFF could provide a printable copy of the WFF Season Campground Street Map on its website so that the information is publicly available to all who might find it useful. The initial cost involved in creating the webpage map will be offset by the reduced demand for hardcopies produced by WFF, through Festavillians being able to print their own copies from the website. 

Could you please give this suggestion due consideration?? 

I would appreciate being appraised of developments.
